Before deciding on which television to buy, I did my own research and sifted through the choices until I ended up with two great televisions, particularly a unit this year and last year’s LN40A550, which surely gave me a hard time to choose.
I consistently compared the two in all aspects; however, their features are considerably identical which even gave me a harder time to decide. After shopping around and finding out that the difference between the prices of the two was only $50, I definitely settled on the newer unit due to its contemporary appearance and lighter mass.
In the reviews I came across, one of the main complaints for last year’s unit was the sound quality. I found it difficult to equate and compare this year’s unit to last year’s but I discovered that this year’s LN40B550 has an impressive sound quality, better than most TV speakers.
